Communication Concepts Training, Inc. was founded in 1995 as a training resource for large and small companies alike. Since its inception, CCT has expanded its course offerings and customer base, but its mission has remained constant: to enable individuals and organizations to achieve greater business results through clear and persuasive communication.
At CCT, our approach to training is intelligent, energetic, and creative. We are credited with the ability to accurately assess communication needs and target critical skills for rapid and long-lasting results. We have experience in supporting business, research, and manufacturing organizations, always treating each client as if they were our only client. CCT believes that clear and effective communication helps shape a corporate culture that promotes collaboration, productivity, and customer satisfaction. With that premise in mind, we specialize in delivering live instruction in the following areas:
• Business English (ESL) and cross-cultural business savvy
• Business communication skills: cogent writing, persuasive presentations, productive meetings, interpersonal effectiveness, management communications, and exceptional customer service
• Team development
Beyond our commitment to our clients, CCT engages with our local community in support of education and young people. We have reached out to provide financial or pro bono services to a US FIRST robotics team, a vocational-technical high school, and the Boy Scouts of America.
The president and founder of CCT is Malory Fischer, a trusted training professional with over twenty years’ experience in improving the way people communicate in business. Fischer prides herself in having created a company that has grown almost entirely through word-of-mouth.
Fischer and her staff maintain long-term partnerships with client companies that are headquartered in the US and around the world. Across the pharmaceutical and technical arenas, she has coached hundreds of international professionals in business English; and in the broader picture, she has designed and delivered dozens of customized workshops to provide the foundation for timely information-sharing, strong collaboration, prudent decision-making, exceptional customer service, and effective leadership development.
Prior to heading up CCT, Malory Fischer taught English at Rutgers University and was employed as a corporate trainer and a professional writer. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the academic honor society. Fischer is an excellent communicator, practiced in promoting teamwork, productivity, and career growth through training.
